Once you post a video we'll automatically link it to the correct hotel. In some cases we don't yet have the hotel in our system or we have it but it's name is different in our database. In this case it gets moved to under review. Our team will then review the video and update the hotel accordingly to make sure it's bookable on Roomer. If we have the hotel in our system we'll update it on the backend and the video will automatically get moved to Approved.
