Once a reservation is approved, you can update your asking price at any time via your Roomer account. Before making changes, we recommend checking that your sale price is competitive in comparison to the market price, offering at least a 10% discount. We recommend a 50% discount to make your reservation especially attractive.

If you want to update your price, log into your Roomer account and go to the "My Listings" section. Click “More Details” on the reservation you would like to change. Select "Edit" and you’ll be able to change the sale price for your room. Having trouble? Contact us with your new asking price and we’ll update it for you.

Please note that once a listing has been sold you cannot change the asking price.
