When selling a reservation you can choose to get paid out in Roomer Credits or through PayPal.

If you select Roomer Credits there is no fee. If you select PayPal there is a 15% fee that is automatically deducted from your payout. PayPal payments are automatically paid out in USD, and if your bank is in a foreign country there may be additional fees.

We pay out our sellers 10 days after the check out date on the reservation. Payment is generally transferred instantaneously, with rates subject to PayPal's terms and conditions. Find out more about PayPal fees at www.PayPal.com.

You can select your payment method when posting your reservation for sale or at any later time via your Roomer account. Go to the “My Listings” section, choose the reservation you’re interested in, and enter the details of your preferred payment method. Having trouble? Contact us.
