Once your room is sold, Roomer will contact you with the buyer's name. It will be the seller's responsibility to contact the hotel and complete the name change. Roomer provides the seller with 24 hours to change the name. If the name is not changed, the buyer may request a refund in which case the sale will not be completed.
If we do not receive confirmation from the seller that the name has been changed, Roomer will also attempt to change the name on the seller's behalf to ensure a smooth check in for the buyer.
