Setting your price on Roomer is simple and intuitive. We recommend a 50% discount on the market price, but it’s your room and you’re free to decide what’s the right price for you. When listing your room, you will be asked to provide your “asking price”. Even after your room is approved and on the site, you can always update your asking price from your Roomer account.

Please take into account that if you select PayPal as your preferred payout method 15% of your total asking price will be deducted from the final price of your listing.
