Roomer offers three different cancellation policies:
Non-refundable - these are bookings that cannot be refunded. If you are unable to use the booking, you can still resell it on Roomer to make some of your money back.
Refundable - For a small fee, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your check-in date (local hotel time) and still get 80% of your money back (excluding the RoomerFlex™ fee).
Free Cancellation - you’re guaranteed a full refund, subject to the date limitations and cancellation policy of that reservation.
In certain cases, even if the booking is non-refundable we'll do our best to help you out. Contact us at support@roomertravel.com and we'll do what we can to assist you.
