It depends on the reservation’s cancellation policy. If you aren't sure of your cancellation policy, you can find it in your reservation confirmation email.

If you’ve booked a non-refundable hotel room but can't use it, you can simply post your reservation for sale on Roomer.

Reservations protected by RoomerFlex™ can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your check-in date. Simply click the “Cancel My Reservation” button in the RoomerFlex™ confirmation email you received when you made your reservation. If it’s already too late to cancel, you can still post your reservation for sale on Roomer.

Reservations with Free Cancellation can be cancelled via the “My Booking” page or through your Roomer account. Don’t forget, your Free Cancellation may have date limitations. You can find these in the Cancellation Protection section of your confirmation email.
